We are in Brazil and this

The
city 'and' was suddenly engulfed by a wall of clouds within seconds,
several citizens have managed to capture with their mobile phones for
the arrival of this unusual storm with clouds traveling at ground level
... and the case to say the sky and falls to the ground!
