A clear-up operation is under way after Jersey was hit by flash-flooding. Several roads were left under up to 3-ft of water as torrential rain fell on the Island around Saturday lunchtime.

turning into an atlantic monster .Forecasting models say that the eye of the storm should lap the Caribbean islands and head straight to Florida and, in particular Miami.Authorities' Caribbean have enabled the weather alert services for the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico .
