Falling plane with 224 people on board: tragedy in Egypt

A Russian aircraft company MetroJet (formerly known as Kolavia and Kogalymavia) carrying 217 passengers (including 17 children) and seven crew members crashed at Sinai 23 minutes after taking off from Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt. The flight 7K9268 had left at 4.51 (Italian time) and was headed to St. Petersburg.
